• Communication tools (SMS, WhatsApp, Email) for parents and students.
• Analytics and reporting dashboards.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account details.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4.1 Subscription Plans: SkyLrr offers paid subscription plans (e.g., Monthly, Yearly). You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.

4.2 Billing: Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

4.3 Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Beyond this period, refunds are processed at our sole discretion.

5.1 Your Data: You retain ownership of all data (student records, images, etc.) you upload to the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5.2 Compliance: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations. You represent that you have obtained necessary consents for using facial recognition features for your students.

In no event shall SkyLrr, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
